Terms of service

Last updated 2026-09-01

These terms govern your use of ECHO and its services. By opening an account you agree to them.

1. The service

ECHO provides a voice-agent platform: you deploy agents that answer calls, resolve issues and hand off to humans, with transcripts and analytics.

2. Your obligations

You are responsible for the accuracy of the content your agents rely on and for complying with laws that apply to your calls, including any disclosure requirements. ECHO provides the platform, not your customer strategy.

3. Fees

Fees are based on your plan, as disclosed on the pricing page. We never charge for inactive agents.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use ECHO for deceptive calls, fraudulent activity, or any unlawful purpose, including impersonating a person without authorization.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ECHO's liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
